Offices, retail stores, service businesses, limited-cooking restaurants, wholesalers, light manufacturers, apartment buildings and artisan contractors with buildings up to 35,000 square feet and annual sales up to $6 million.
Every risk is underwritten individually. Construction, protection class, wildfire exposure, the age and condition of the building, loss history and the operations conducted all affect eligibility and price.
